Refund Policy
Once payment done payment is non refundable, if order cancellation before 2 hrs then Railfoodies revert money within 72 hours after cancellation of 25% of total Order. If passenger is not available on seat, Railfoodies is not responsible for that and payment refund is not possible on that case.
Website contains a large number of menus, maybe it's possible that some of the menus priced incorrect, in that case Railfoodies may be contact you before delivery, for your order confirmation.
Terms & Condition:
Railfoodies reserve the rights to cancel any order without assigning any reason in various cases but not limited to the following reasons where train are delayed, customer is not reachable etc. However, Railfoodies first priority is customer and Railfoodies will contact on passenger Mobile number and seat according to PNR.
